The Boot Camp for Florida 2026 is now open. We will meet at Fort De Soto, Shelter 14 on Saturday, January 17, 2026. Aim for 08:00 Saturday. After the meetup at Shelter 14 we will be camping on Shell Key. Please note that you need to reserve and pay for a campsite on Shell Key. Some of you might want to camp out on Friday night which is OK and up to you. I plan to camp out only on Saturday night.
Since we have Shelter 14 reserved, this is a rain or shine event.
Please note that you cannot launch from Shelter 14 for this boot camp. I recommend the boat ramp.
This boot camp is aimed at first timers, but all WaterTribers are welcome.
