I wanted to ask if we are allowed to start moving our boats to the beach by cart once the park opens or only after a certain time.
I ask because the iako/ama lashing on the Holopuni take some time to rig and I'm always pressed to complete in the allotted time.

The first step is to have your PFD inspection. Then get your paperwork submitted and registered. After that you can move your boat to the beach. We will publish a PDF soon with these steps laid out in detail. I suggest getting to the park as early as possible. You should have plenty of time to get it done.
