Kruger Cruiser tandem plans or equivalent?

Hi all, I checked back in after a long while and it looks like the forum has reset. So apologize if this has been covered before.

I was wondering if the plans or lines Verland Krugers tandem "cruiser" are available anywhere?

Or are there any similarly shaped hull designs that could be adapted by cutting down the shear and building a deck and coaming?

About a decade ago I exchange emails with Chris Ostlind about his XCR expedition canoe, but nothing came of it. That hull was stitch and glue and I'm assuming was better suited as a trimaran than a paddled tandem.

I found a mention that this canoe was influenced by John Winters "Cirrus" tandem which is an asymmetrical boat 17' 6" x 30-3/4" at the water line.

This is just how one designer approached the "problem"

Anyone here have any thoughts?
