Outfitting suggestions for a Clipper Sea-1?

Stars aligned and I'm now the owner of a Clipper sea-1 with a Falcon Sail. I won't pretend to be showing up to race anytime soon, but figure I can have some fun on the Chesapeake with this rig.

I apologize for the very general newbie question, but the all the old forums posts that I would have re read are gone, so here we are..

The 3 big things I need to figure out are what paddles, what wheels and the sourcing of a spray deck.

I'd appreciate any suggestions, particularly because this is getting into the realm of me not knowing what i don't know. Thanks, Mistukendingier
